Attention Colorado Merchants:

Please note that Colorado Sales Tax is automatically added to orders shipped within Colorado. Simply provide your Retail Sales Tax License Number and the sales tax will be manually deducted from your order.

Payment Information:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Money Orders in US Funds. Orders paid with a Money Order or PayPal will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Wholesale Order Terms: Prepaid with one of the above. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please note that Bear Creek Candle Company welcomes new "brick and mortar" wholesale accounts. Our products are not available for resale on other e-commerce sites at this time.

Shipping Rates and Information:

Shipping is based on the total shipping weight of your order according to the carrier you choose. The calculated shipping rate is a close approximation only. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING CHARGE OF YOUR ORDER TO REFLECT ACTUAL CHARGES. These changes may be affected by a change in UPS delivery status from Commercial Ground to Residential Ground, and can be avoided by choosing the correct designation. UPS defines Residential/Commercial Stop Types as follows: "A residential delivery is defined as any delivery made to a home, which includes a business operated out of a home. A commercial delivery is defined as any delivery made to a business located in a building separate from a residence, even if at a residential address." ** A NOTE ON SHIPPING CALCULATIONS: Our shipping calculater rounds item weights up to the next pound. This results in high calculated rates. Rest assured that you will be charged for the ACTUAL shipping cost, which is often lower than the initial calculation, and this will be reflected on your FINAL invoice.

Have a large order or a special request?

Please allow additional time to fill large orders. We will do every thing in our power to expedite your order as quickly as possible, but large orders may take a little longer. We will notify you in advance if this is the case. Special requests are welcome - just email us to specify your request.

Return/Refund Policy:

Bear Creek Candle Company guarantees all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with an item, return it to us within 10 days of receipt in its original, unused condition and we will refund the price of the item. The item must be in original, unused condition. We regret that we cannot extend refunds to cost of shipping for either delivery or returns.
